Waiver & Release: In consideration of acceptance of the entry; I, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claim for damages I may have or that may hereafter accure to me against the Mardi Gras Association, the City of Clinton, Iowa and any City of Clinton officials and or employees associated with the event I am entering for any injuries incurred by me during, because of, or in travel to and from the event entered.
